Tipser is the e-commerce backbone for publishers. Our clients include 10 out of EU’s 16 biggest publishing houses and over 5 000 quality brands. Tipser supports buyable content in any type, shape or form. We work with publishers on the Swedish, German and French market and our clients include accounts such as: Dagens Nyheter, ELLE, Cosmopolitan and InStyle.
As an Account Manager, you will be working closely together with our Key Account Managers and learn a lot in a high phase environment. You will manage your own accounts and constantly be trained in how to optimize the affair in order to learn how to grow the accounts effectively. As an Account Manager you will have less focus on new business, but very much be a key player, taking care of our precious client needs.
As an Account Manager, you will
Be the key point of contact for clients
Actively grow current accounts
Manage client expectations
Provide sales support and client training
Review cost and sales performance
Follow up on performance data and analytics
Meet/exceed assigned sales objectives
Driven personality with a “do it yourself” mindset
Organizational and project management skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Analytical mindset with experience from data analysis
Experience from working with e-commerce and/or conversion optimization
Experience from working with or in a tech-company and a development team is a plus
Business level English. Swedish, German and/or French is a plus
