What are we looking for?
So we’re in that interesting phase in a startup’s life where everything has to go in ludicrous speed: ‘scaling the business’. Time to get help with expanding the customer segment, scaling commercialization, building out the team and closing deals. That’s exactly the person we’re looking for. The Sales Master who can help us grow and scale Airmee.
Stuff we’ll trust you with
Managing and executing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals to managing the customer relationship.
You bring an aggressive, and persuasive approach to prospecting, cold-calling, networking and closing deals.
Devise creative and effective sales approaches to negotiate and close deals.
Fully utilize all digital sales tools, funnel management and prospecting tools.
Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.This position requires fluency in Swedish and English.
Who are you?
1) You are an entrepreneur with a growth mindset with strong experience in B2B sales and business development with proven track record. (preferably in a SME/startup)
2) Effective negotiator and closer who has experience preparing, delivering and following up on proposals and pricing quotes.
3) You are someone who can push us and be pushed as well without being offended. We love to be proven wrong, and you should too. It’s the only way to grow.
4) You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where everybody is trusted with responsibilities larger than ourselves. You understand that your role in a startup will include much more than just closing deals.
5) You possess that unique combination of sales, analytical and organizational skills.
6) Experience with retailers is a major plus.
7) You probably have 4-7 years of work experience.
Most of all you have that crazy unstoppable hustle and drive that is needed in a startup trying to go global in a few years. Needless to say this is more than your average sales role.
