The role in a nutshell
You’ll be responsible for driving our growth in the Sweden. While your core focus is selling inzpire.me to brands and agencies, you should also have a holistic view of the market and look for growth opportunities through strategic initiatives beyond sales. You’ll be a Swedish startup in our scaleup (inzpire.me), and need to have an entrepreneurial mindset to succeed. You’ll lead the in-market sales team and be supported by the Marketing and Customer Success teams.
Accurately and effectively develop and manage your sales pipeline.
Leverage your existing network to gain initial traction and momentum in the market.
Systematically and continuously prospect through LinkedIn, phone, email, and relevant events to fill your sales pipeline with qualified leads and meetings.
Manage a team, starting with a Client Partner. As the sales team grows successfully in the market, the majority of your time will likely shift from operational sales to sales leadership.
Set sales quotas for Sweden in collaboration with the CRO. Reach and exceed these market quotas while contributing to company goals.
Hire team members for the sales team, and contribute to hiring supporting functions, like Customer Success and Marketing roles, for your market.
Identify growth and distribution opportunities in the market. Prioritize these accordingly and execute strategic initiatives with support from the wider organization.
Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams.
Serve as an industry thought leader in influencer marketing (specifically) and digital marketing (generally). This involves speaking at events, managing media and feature in relevant content (articles, podcasts, webinars etc.) Together with your team, you’ll be the face of inzpire.me in the Sweden.
You’ll be based in Stockholm, but will travel to our head office in Oslo, Norway, as and when required.

You have 6+ years of experience with sales in the media and marketing industry. Likely from an agency, publisher, or a mar.tech SaaS company. Or a combination.
You have high credibility in your market, and are considered a knowledgeable and trustworthy person.

You have a proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales targets.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You’re native or fluent in English/Swedish.
You thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment, and would get excited by the thought of building an inzpire.me “startup” in the Sweden.
