Muntra makes it easier to run healthcare companies. Health records, e-prescription, bookkeeping and patient acquisition in one service. Cloud based, digital and simple.

We’re looking for organized and hardworking people to join our growing team. You will work closely with our co-founders. The role as Account Manager is based in our office at Convendum close to Slussen, Södermalm and the Gamla stan district.

What you’ll do
Build and form your own long-term customer relationships.
Be responsible for the entire sales process. E.g., business development, customer analysis, manage leads, sales calls, book and conduct meetings, send quotes, and sign contracts.
Work collaboratively with Muntra’s marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
Engage customers through regular strategic calls to drive product adoption.
Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize Muntra tools.
Improve and scale the Muntra software setup process.

As an Account Manager at Muntra, you use inbound selling strategies to find new business and help them grow using Muntra. You benefit from inbound leads and partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and create outreach strategies. You run demos of the Muntra software and successfully sell the Muntra value proposition.

In addition, you will be responsible for guiding customers through Muntra software setup, tool training, onboarding and change management initiatives. Our customers vary in size, so we are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects.

Who you are
Passionate about providing a high level of customer service.
Fluent in English, Swedish and preferably other Nordic languages.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A humble personality.
An interest in tech and the healthcare sector.

About Convendum, our workspace
Convendum is a Coworking space in Stockholm. Our workspace includes many amenities. Such as multiple lounges, restaurant, café, and gym. Finally, the office building has an amazing rooftop balcony with the best view in Stockholm. - And the cherry on top, breakfast is included in the membership and served every morning at the office. In addition, after works with drinks are served Fridays 3pm-5pm.
