As Recruitment Agency we comply with all applicable data protection/ privacy laws and regulations governing the protection of personal data including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and shall at all times act in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement in relation to our respective obligations as Recruitment Agency at all times.

The Agency (T&P) reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.

1 GENERAL

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Talent & Partner AB, 556881-1763, ("Talent & Partner") collects, uses and stores your personal information when you register your CV and other information and documents in order to make a spontaneous application or search for a specific vacancy through our website. This Privacy Policy applies when job seekers ("Candidates") apply for vacancies on an external recruitment site or make a spontaneous application via our own website. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with what is shown below.

2 RESPONSIBILITY

Talent & Partner is responsible for personal data processing of your personal data and therefore responsible for the correct and secure handling of your data in accordance with applicable legislation. 4 WHAT PERSONAL DATA ARE COLLECTED?

We collect and store such information about you as obtained from you as a Candidate. We collect personal numbers, address details, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and the other information you submit in your resume and in your personal letter. We also collect and store other information that you as a Candidate have provided to us in connection with the submission of your application. We advise you not to submit sensitive personal data and information that is irrelevant to recruitment.

5 HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We collect and use your personal information in order to evaluate you as a Candidate and to make an assessment of whether you are qualified for the position covered by the job advertisement. We may also use your personal information to determine if you are eligible for any other vacancy we are recruiting for, but for which we have not published a job advertisement for alternatives that you have not applied for. We can also use your personal information to determine if you are an interesting candidate for interim assignments. We may also share your application, and thus your personal information, with third parties who may be interested in you as a Candidate, such as the employer whose service you applied for or who we believe may be interested in you in a recruitment. We also share the information you provide with companies that are responsible for processing the information on our behalf, in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and all other appropriate privacy and security measures. We do not share your information with third-party vendors for marketing purposes without your consent.

9 SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

You do not have to provide any sensitive personal information, such as personal information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health information or information about your sexual life or sexual orientation. To the extent that sensitive personal data is provided on your own initiative, you specifically consent to the processing of such personal data on the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. However, we ask you again to note that we advise you not to submit sensitive personal data and information that is irrelevant to recruitment.

10 REFERENCES

You are obliged to inform any references that you provide to us that their personal information has been disclosed and that they may be contacted by us or by the employer whose service you have applied for or who we believe may be of interest to you in a recruitment.

11 Retention TIME

Your personal information is stored for thirty-six (36) months from the date you submitted your application, regardless of whether you have applied for a specific vacancy or submitted a spontaneous application. The personal data that we must keep for a longer period, for example in order to fulfill our obligations under the Accounting Act, will be saved during the time that obligation exists.

12 CHANGES IN THE INTEGRITY POLICY

Talent & Partner reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the most recent change is stated above. Should we make any changes that affect the processing of your personal data, after the change has been made, you will be asked to approve the new Privacy Policy via the e-mail you registered with us.
