Custom fee in the recruitment industry is x3 base salary as equals 20% of yearly net income.
Our fee is divided into three parts.
Following parts will be invoiced during the ongoing recruitment process.
30% start fee is invoiced at the start of the process. 40% upon delivery of the first few candidates. 30% final fee is the last of the process and invoiced at the time the candidate signing a contract of employment or cooperation with the Client.
3-6 month warranty depending on the particular requirements and the nature of the role.
For the past 12 years we have had a success rate of 84-86% yearly. Meaning almost 90% of our recruitments were fully successful and did not require any warranty process.
